The 260mm Matfer Bourgeat non-stick frying pans have an excellent cooking surface, coated four times to give it extra long life for use in busy commercial kitchens. The non-stick surface ensures the pan is easy to clean and maintain, helping you to keep it in top condition with ease. A long, riveted handle makes the pan easy to move and flick for stirring and also features a hole at the end of the handle for hanging, saving you valuable cupboard space.
