Country Range Baking powder is a type of rising agent that is only used in the baking of cakes. When a liquid is added, it produces carbon dioxide, causing bubbles that cause the cake mixture to expand. This is why it is critical that the cake mixture be placed in a hot oven as soon as the wet components are added. Please recycle old plastic tubs. Each tub weighs 3.5 kg.
